​The BSGSA is here to support biology grad students by organizing events, facilitating communication within the department, and assisting in networking among graduate students at the U of M.

Information about upcoming events, thesis defenses, and upcoming lectures and seminars will be available on our website, so you can keep up with all the great research going on in the department! Be sure to check out the new publications being put out by your fellow grad students and department members. Important updates on funding opportunities for grad students will also be posted. ​

Save the Date!​

Lubinsky Memorial Lecture will be held on Friday, Nov. 18th (virtually). Zoom link is shorturl.at/fkmC2 . All are welcome!

Crackerjacks are occasional Fridays from 3-4 pm CST in Buller 207. The next Crackerjack is November 25 .
 
Departmental seminars are weekly on Fridays at 3 in Buller 207. The next one is December 2. ** Reminder that attendance is mandatory for at least 50% of departmental seminars for grad student requirements.

This year's Bio Sci Departmental Holiday Party will be December 9 - more details to come!
